About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager, Marketing - Marine & Waterpark to join our team at Atlantis Resort. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Marketing - Marine & Waterpark, and managing all marketing activity relating to Marine and Waterpark business, including its sub-business units under the Aquaventure World brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Assist in developing highly effective marketing strategies with guidance from the Marketing Manager and Director, and implement plans to assist the marketing team in meeting revenue targets using all channels.
  2. Brand Management: Assume responsibility and ownership of the Aquaventure World brand identity, ensuring the tone of voice, visual identity, and brand essence are protected and promoted across all marketing initiatives.
  3. Business Performance: Maintain strong awareness of business performance to drive budget targets, and roll out brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all key departments.
  4. Visual Library Management: Audit and maintain the visual library for each business unit, and assist in managing internal photoshoots.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
