As a seasoned culinary professional, you will be responsible for managing all food-related functions, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will work closely with our Executive Chef to ensure that our culinary standards are met, and our guests are delighted with their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen shift operations and ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Estimate daily production needs on a weekly basis and communicate production needs to kitchen personnel daily.
  • Assist Executive Chef with all kitchen operations and preparation.
  • Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
  • Maintain purchasing, receiving, and food storage standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
  • Lead shifts while personally preparing food items and executing requests based on required specifications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
