**Position**:Demi Chef De Partie

**Location: Ajman**

**Job Role Summary**:

- Prepare and execute various pastry and dessert recipes according to established standards.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastry items served within the hotel.
- To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section while ensuring minimum wastage.
- Collaborate with the Pastry Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth kitchen operation..
- To ensure knowledge of the product is maintained and communicated to all relevant personnel.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP guidelines.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to the Pastry Chef for menu development.
- Assist in creating visually appealing and innovative pastry offerings.
- To comply with all Goodwood policies and procedures to ensure that all statutory regulations are observed.
- To liaise with the Head Chef/Sous Chef and implement new menu/dishes/systems where applicable

.To be flexible and willing to help the restaurant kitchen at busy times if required
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of pastry equipment.

.Report any malfunctioning equipment to the Pastry Chef or kitchen management
