The Office Manager / Executive Secretary will be a key member of the Nejoum Al Jazeera team, providing administrative support to the Board of Directors. This role requires a professional and organized individual who can effectively manage the office, coordinate tasks, and communicate with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including reception of visitors, arranging appointments, and writing reports and memos.
- Coordinate and communicate tasks and duties between the board members and the leadership team, ensuring accurate and professional execution.
- Support the Board of Directors in managing the work cycle, organizing meetings, prioritizing tasks, and reminding them of important issues.
- Represent the Board members, when needed, before government entities, visitors, and VIPs.
- Communicate with all company members, as directed by the Board members, in a professional and decent manner, achieving timely and clear results.
- Follow up on internal and external issues, observing deadlines, and adhering to the best delivery of tasks required.
- Manage the Board of Directors' offices, requesting supplies, organizing events, and preparing the meeting room as per Members' commitments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant specialization.
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or Executive Secretary for at least 5-7 years in a C-Level Office.
- Self-confidence and clear communication in both Arabic and English.
- Charismatic.
- High computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
- Hard worker.
- Accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
