Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Founder and CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the CEO's calendar and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives.
- Designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintaining contact lists and making travel arrangements.
- Completing expense and mileage reports.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment and diverse communities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
