Key Responsibilities:

As an integral member of the Motivate Publishing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and visitors. This includes welcoming and directing visitors to the relevant personnel, as well as coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule to prevent duplicate bookings.

Administrative Duties:
  • Carrying out a range of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, such as office correspondence, memos, and presentations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
Facilities and Equipment:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, including purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

Other duties may include performing other relevant tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
