Team Leader Front Office

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Team Leader Front Office to join our team at One&Only Resorts. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our luxury hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of front office staff to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Additional language skills (e.g. Chinese, Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, or Russian) are advantageous
