Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Shift Leader to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Front Office Operations: Manage the front office team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all departments, ensuring that information is shared and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Requirements

  • Education: Completion of a course of training in the hotel business or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a front office role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
