  3. Rate and Occupancy Management: Stay aware of daily rate levels and occupancy levels to ensure optimal service delivery.
  4. Team Collaboration: Foster a positive working relationship with all Front Office employees, with a focus on Front Desk Agents and Guest Services.
  5. Supervision: Supervise Front Desk employees to ensure guests receive professional and friendly service.
  6. Knowledge and Information: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel and local services, providing information and responding to guest queries.
  7. Cashier Closures: Verify cashier closures of Front Desk Agents at the end of each shift for billing and attachment accuracy.
  8. Guest Registration: Ensure all guest registrations are completed and correspond with Opera PMS guest information.
