We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for Mobile Operators to join our team. As a Wholesale Technical Account Manager, you will act as the primary channel for managing projects and deliverables with mobile operators across the GCC region and beyond.
The Role
As a key account manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining close relationships with MNO technical teams to represent Cubic. You will understand Cubic connectivity solutions in the MNOs under responsibility and support the OEM projects.
You will also represent the Wholesale team as a contributor in technical workshops with the MNOs and OEMs. Be the single point of contact for MNO related technical queries from sales, pre-sales, network team and product management.
Additionally, contribute to the selection of new MNO Partners and support new local profile and roaming solution deployments. Build a joint 18-month technical roadmap with MNO partners and Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain close relationships with MNO technical teams to represent Cubic.
- Technical Understanding: Understand Cubic connectivity solutions in the MNOs under responsibility and support the OEM projects.
- Workshops and Meetings: Represent the Wholesale team as a contributor in technical workshops with the MNOs and OEMs.
- Query Resolution: Be the single point of contact for MNO related technical queries from sales, pre-sales, network team and product management.
- New Partnerships: Contribute to the selection of new MNO Partners and support new local profile and roaming solution deployments.
- Roadmap Development: Build a joint 18-month technical roadmap with MNO partners and Product Management.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in technical account management, Program management or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications or mobile operator sector.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills to anticipate challenges and identify opportunities. Proactive and results-driven approach. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus but not essential.
