Job Title: Key AccountManager

Summary:

The KeyAccount Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining keyclient accounts maintaining long term relationship with accountsand maximizing sales opportunities with them. The Key AccountManager also brings new business from existing clients and builds arelationship with potential clients. The person in this role is thelead point of contact for all key client matters anticipates theclients needs works within the company to ensure deadlines for theclients are met and helps the client and company tosucceed.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets with agreed grossmargins.
  • Develop business with existingclients and new customers and identify areas of improvement to meetsales targets.
  • Develop a solid and trustingrelationship between major key accounts and the company.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needsand requirements.
  • Resolve key account issuesand complaints and develop a complete understanding of key accountneeds.
  • Anticipate key account changes andimprovements.
  • Manage communication between keyaccounts and internal teams.
  • Work with thesales team logistics managers marketing and team members from otherdepartments to ensure that all key account needs aremet.
  • Plan and present reports on accountprogress goals and quarterly initiatives to share with team membersand stakeholders.
  • Meet all key account needsand deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts with the client and establishing atimeline of performance.
  • Set out qualitystandards for sales operational areas ensuring highquality customerexperience.
  • Submit weekly monthly sales reportwith remarks of achievement.
  • Use of companyCRM and follow Group Sales Process.
  • Educatecustomers regarding new product features andenhancements.

  • Ability to meetsales targets and deliver an excellent customerexperience
  • Product and industryknowledge
  • Proven account managementexperience
  • Ability to build and manage therelationship with customers
  • Good knowledge ofEnglish. Arabic is an advantage
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • UAEDrivers License is required.
  • Knowledge of CRMsoftware and MS Office
  • Strong planningnegotiation and analytical skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in Business Administration orMarketing
