Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) and agencies, providing strategic business insights and support to facilitate their growth; onboard MCNs and agencies to supply talent for the livestreaming segment.
  • Deliver operational support and encourage agencies to enhance the quality and variety of live streamers and content categories.
  • Engage in formulating and updating agency management policies, offering thoughtful recommendations and insights.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher, with exceptional persuasive abilities and logical reasoning; proficiency in Arabic and English is essential. Experience in Arabic and English-speaking regions is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in live streaming, video-sharing, social media, or gaming platforms.
  • Established connections or experience with business partners, influencers, celebrities, or live streaming platforms.
  • Strong business insight in emerging technologies, coupled with excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Results-oriented with a strong ability to work under pressure.
