  • Collaborate with the HR team to manage internal recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Develop talent maps to identify potential hires both passively and actively.
  • Manage end-to-end internships and junior-level recruitment initiatives.
  • Support special projects within the HR department as required.
  • Track employee movements, including transfers and promotions, and update HR data accordingly.

Requirements:

  • GCC Nationals or UAE residency holders with a valid visa.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
