  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Providing expert advice on HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Leading change management initiatives and driving cultural transformation within the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar HRBP role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and strategic HR leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA labor laws.
