Roles and responsibilities

The Human Capital Projects Manager isresponsible for facilitating the execution of Majid Al FuttaimRetail's strategic HC priorities as an independenttransformation enabler, managing strategic, cross-country/cross-functional programs and projects.

The role holder is also responsible to aidchange management to drive big changes & create a positiveimpact at all levels of the organization, in close collaborationwith the leadership teams at corporate and country levels to driveand achieve strategic priorities. The role holder also supports theTalent Management and Culture transformationinitiatives.

ROLEPROFILE

  • Collaboratewith the CHRO & COEs to develop and continuously enhancethe HC strategy and operating plans of Majid Al FuttaimRetail's functions andcountries.
  • Manage global/local transformationalprograms and projects; identifying and structuring problems;analyzing root causes; developing and recommending solutions;mitigating identified risks, while managing a complex stakeholderlandscape in collaboration with corporate and country functionalpoints of contact (POCs)/teams as per the agendainitiative
  • Create ad-hoc reports andpresentations for management periodically (HC Townhall Meetings,REC Meetings, CEO presentations, Board updates, ZoneMeetings)
  • Support the Talent Development teamwith critical role identification, succession planning and culturecascade
  • Ensure regular information exchangewith all relevant stakeholders and update them on the developmentprogress across projects
  • Utilize HR dashboards,reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data andinsights to stakeholders.
  • Provide HRdata-driven insights and recommendations to support strategicdecision-making and drive HR initiatives
  • Ensureall Human Capital Audit items reported by the Audit and Advisoryservice team are addressed and closed by the relevant Human CapitalStakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor'sDegree in a Business Administration/Management or relatedrole
  • Certification in CIPD, SHRM or other HumanCapital Certifications is preferred
  • 5+ years ina multi-national and large corporate environment and/ or top-tierconsultancy
  • Proven ability to lead withinfluence
  • Strong business communication andpresentation skills with proven experience managing executive-levelcommunications
