Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of onboarding specialists to deliver high-quality onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Design and develop customized onboarding programs for various roles within the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Oversee all aspects of the onboarding process, including background checks, KYC/AML compliance, and regulatory training.
  • Monitor and analyze onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the onboarding process.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a higher-level degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Capital Management with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful onboarding programs.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
