The Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Brand and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for implementing the brand's strategy across various channels and communications to achieve business objectives and enhance brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely work with the Country Head of Marketing to develop and implement the brand's strategy across channels and communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Manage and execute brand marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand and digital marketing management within the UAE.
  • F&B experience is a must, with a strong understanding of the F&B market and consumer behavior in the UAE.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated brand marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Arabic speaker is required.
