Job Title: Customer Service and Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries, general filing, and administrative tasks.
- Facilitates communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity through reports and spreadsheets.
- Processes various types of applications and forms, and assists with correspondence and notifications.
- Coordinates with team leads and managers on project costs, data entry, and database maintenance.
- Has an understanding of figures and numbers, handling invoices, customer service, and administrative tasks.
