ANTAL INTERNATIONAL is seeking an experienced and dynamic executive to support the International Affairs team in executing multinational initiatives to enhance the Global GEOINT Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Multinational Efforts: Work closely with Protocol, Security, Office of Corporate Communications, and all IA elements to execute multinational hosted visits or trips.
- Support IA Desk Officers: Assist in developing agendas, event planning, and executing official courtesies.
- Logistics and Administration: Provide support for international partner engagements, including visits/trips/outreach, badging, parking, and scheduling briefings.
- Meeting Notes and Engagement Tracking: Capture and distribute meeting notes, and log engagements and funding requests into the online tracking platform.
- Correspondence and Communication: Draft, modify, and review various types of correspondence to convey information/updates to partners.
- Event Management: Manage administrative tasks during hosted events, including print outs, room set up, coffee/snacks, and clean up.
- Status Updates and Briefings: Brief multinational program managers on status updates of outstanding tasks.
- International Partnerships: Coordinate engagements with international partners bi-laterally and online platforms.
- Information Sharing: Update shared folders and web sharing platforms with relevant multinational program information.
- Needs Assessment and Requirements: Identify, track, understand, communicate, develop, and assess multinational related needs and requirements.
- Technology Solutions: Work closely with IAOC multinational team to track and monitor multilateral technology solutions that are developed to satisfy multilateral requirements.
- Governance Framework and Operating Structure: Provide administrative support to enable governance framework and operating structure for multinational initiatives.
- Partnership Development: Maintain awareness of current and future NGA multinational partnership developments.
- Expertise and Recommendations: Understand impacts to, provide expertise, and recommend changes within international partnerships.
- Tasker Responses: Coordinate responses to external taskers related to multinational initiatives.
- Team Support: Assist multinational team with defining, building, and executing their requirements.
- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in using project management tools, techniques, and processes.
- Solution Development: Demonstrated experience in drafting solutions regarding policy challenges to assist office and agency leadership regarding multinational engagement.
- International Travel: Ability to international travel up to 7 days (between 1-3 times a year).
