Your Compensation

You will be entitled to a competitive base salary, along with equity participation and a performance-based commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves driving new business opportunities, fostering robust client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. As a Senior Account Manager, your primary duties will include:

  • Generating, qualifying, enriching, and executing pipeline opportunities
  • Maintaining a high level of prospecting activity (calls, messaging, meetings)
  • Determining prospect requirements and tailoring product presentations to suit their needs
  • Developing, implementing, and executing channel and partner strategies to boost revenue growth
  • Negotiating, procuring, and closing deals from start to finish
  • Obtaining customer feedback and reporting it to Product and Marketing teams
  • Representing the company at events, attending meetups, and promoting overall brand awareness
  • Collaborating with local partners to facilitate transactions

What You Need

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in fintech, with a strong focus on revenue growth and relationship management
  • Ability to work independently in a designated territory with remote support
  • Desirable: extensive experience in Blockchain and Cybersecurity
  • Tech savvy and driven
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills; additional languages a plus
  • A go-getter who takes initiative without waiting for direction
  • Agile and adaptable in fast-paced startup environments
  • Advantageous: knowledge and experience in Blockchain technology
