Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Manager to join our team at AL Rostamani Group LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing stock and inventory within the context of vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing vehicles.
  • Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate procurement or reordering of vehicles to prevent stockouts.
  • Analyze sales trends, market demand, and customer preferences to anticipate future inventory needs and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Inspect incoming vehicles for quality and accuracy, ensuring that products meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track and record inventory movements, including deliveries, shipments, and returns.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer demands and align inventory levels accordingly to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of inventory-related transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies, providing insights and recommendations for improving inventory management.
  • Implement strategies to minimize excess inventory, reduce carrying costs, and optimize inventory turnover to maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the dealership.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicles industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of commercial vehicle specifications and industry trends is advantageous.
