Job Responsibilities:- Procurement Management: Develop new global suppliers for heavy equipment spare parts, ensuring timely dispatch and effective logistics management.
- Purchase Order Preparation: Prepare purchase orders based on vendor price lists and received orders, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and shipping companies to ensure smooth order processing and delivery within committed timeframes.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare necessary documentation, including Bills of Entry and Transfer for Jebel Ali Free Zone, ensuring import/export regulations are met.
