At Air Charter Service, we are expanding our Private Jets team and seeking a highly driven Luxury Charter Sales Expert to join our dynamic and fast-growing company.

Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious individual with excellent customer service skills, client-focused with the ability to build strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a customer-facing role in luxury products and services. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic are essential. The successful candidate will be hardworking and flexible, comfortable working towards KPIs and targets, and able to thrive under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Using multiple sources & platforms to generate potential leads - Client Acquisition
  • Pro-actively target this list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits
  • Convert potential clients into ACS clients
  • Build relationships with operators to ensure we can provide suitable options to match our clients' requirements
  • Manage the full sales cycle of a private charter from initial enquiry all the way through to completion
  • Build a wide and effective network of contacts
  • Meeting and exceeding sales activity and financial targets
  • Flight watching and overseeing flight departures / flight rep
