Job Overview
Air Charter Service is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our Commercial Jets Division in Dubai as a Sales Consultant. This role offers a unique opportunity to break into the world of sales and work with a dynamic team.

In this position, you will be responsible for organizing and arranging group charters. Day-to-day duties include researching and identifying clients, targeting potential clients through outbound sales calls and emails, following up on inquiries, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing charter bookings from initial inquiry to completion.

We offer a comprehensive 14-month training program that covers process, procedure, and knowledge of how to put together flight briefs & flight setups while working closely with clients and airlines during the flight process. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced mentors and develop a list of potential clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, be willing to learn and adaptable, have an interest in aviation and sales, exhibit high attention to detail, and be confident and resilient. Additionally, you should be hardworking and flexible, comfortable working towards KPIs and targets, and have previous experience in a client-facing role with customer experience/customer relationships with HNWI.
