Job Description
- We're seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries with exceptional service.
- The ideal candidate will have complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, features, food and beverage outlets, spa facilities, and other properties.
- This role requires taking personal responsibility for delivering high-quality service that meets the highest standards of Anantara at all times.
- The successful candidate will also be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives to meet guest needs and improve their experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A High School diploma is required, along with previous experience as a Guest Service Agent for at least one year.
- Luxury hotel experience is essential, and passion for excellent service is a must.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent team player and communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required, with additional languages like Arabic, German, Spanish, French, and Mandarin being a plus.
