The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales administration, preferably with off-plan projects. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English (written/spoken) are essential. Arabic is highly preferred, and Chinese is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate sales administrative tasks, including end-to-end sales documentation and CRM workflows
  • Act as the primary liaison between brokers, internal sales teams, and external partners
  • Handle broker onboarding process, including registration, license verification, and certification checks
  • Audit deal files for accuracy and completeness prior to handing over to the legal/finance departments
