Key Responsibilities- Communication:
- Receive and relay messages to relevant personnel.
- Prepare and disseminate departmental communication, such as letters, memos, and faxes.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather information.
- Develop complex reports and documentation as requested by the manager.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize meeting agendas and take minutes.
- Office Management:
- Schedule meetings and remind the manager.
- Coordinate conferences, events, and activities.
- Maintain departmental files and records.
- Request and receive office equipment and supplies.
- Receive visitors and manage staff attendance.
- Enter employee leave requests and confirm their return to duty.
- Travel:
- Arrange travel itineraries in coordination with government relations and travel agents.
- General:
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the manager.
- Monitor and record departmental budget expenditures.
- A secondary education (12 grades) is required.
- Three years of experience in a similar capacity are necessary.
- The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic skills are essential.
- Good interpersonal skills are a must.
