Key Responsibilities:

Team Management
  1. Lead a team of professionals in managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documentation.
Administrative Tasks
  1. Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendars for corporate clients.
  2. Liaise with corporate clients, ensuring all requests and requirements are handled efficiently.
  3. Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and fully functional.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a management role, ideally with corporate clients.
  2. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a significant advantage.
  3. Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with modern office technology.
