Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing New Programs: Design and launch innovative compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation, minimizing the risk of non-compliance and associated penalties.
  • Vendor Management and Communication: Collaborate with third-party vendors to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • HR Support and Collaboration: Provide strategic support to the HR team on recruitment, talent management, and other HR-related activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Program Development and Management: Develop and manage profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
  • Leadership and Operations: Lead and manage subordinate HR employees, overseeing daily operations related to compensation and benefits, and ensuring the effective delivery of services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive budgets, reports, and presentations that provide insights into compensation and benefits programs, informing business decisions and driving strategic initiatives.
