Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proadmin Officer - Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Erick Trading Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and benefits files, coordinating daily benefits processing, and advising employees on company benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and Update Employee Records
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data, including benefits information.
    • Update records in a timely manner to reflect changes in employee status or benefits.
  • Coordinate Daily Benefits Processing
    • Oversee the enrollment, termination, and claims processes for employee benefits.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits-related transactions.
  • Advise and Inform Employees
    • Provide clear and concise information to employees on company benefit programs.
    • Answer questions and resolve benefit-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and Evaluate Benefit Plans
    • Research new employee benefit plans and vendors to ensure optimal coverage and cost-effectiveness.
    • Evaluate the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Liaise with Vendors and Negotiate Contracts
    • Communicate with vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Negotiate and coordinate contracts for new and existing benefit plans.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Ensure Compliance
    • Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employer contributions and payroll deductions.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provider regulations regarding benefits and payroll.
  • Maintain Records and Reports
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on employee benefits and payroll.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for record-keeping and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in benefits administration software and systems.
