About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our MENA External Fulfilment Prime channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our 3P Prime channels in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Growth and Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and expansion of our 3P Prime channels in MENA, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Sellers, Tech, Product, Seller Support, Customer Support, Trans, and Finance.
  • Program Management: Own and manage multiple programs to improve customer experience (CX) and drive business growth, including product creation, delivery, and adoption.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across the 3P Prime channels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to drive scalability and growth.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key metrics to measure channel performance, including selection growth, node launches, promise speed, delivery estimate accuracy, weighted in-stock, sales growth, late shipment/cancellation rates, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Event Management: Manage high-volume events and peak seasons for the 3P External Fulfilment business, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to customers.
  • Decision-Making Authority: Exercise independent authority and discretion to make strategic decisions, outline high-level plans, and oversee the execution of those plans.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency. Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Master's degree
  • 5+ years of owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
