Role Overview

As an ERP Solutions Lead, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive functional support and consultancy to our Finance and Procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Design: Develop and construct the AX solutions framework tailored for new business units.
  • Project Management: Oversee, implement, and support ERP-related initiatives aligned with stakeholder requirements.
  • Business Requirements Documentation: Detail and align business requirements with AX processes.
  • Process Modeling: Utilize Visio to model current and proposed business workflows.
  • Asset Management: Manage all ERP-related organizational process assets for effective consolidation and distribution.
  • Strategic Visibility: Define strategies that provide management with clear insights into ongoing and resolved issues.
  • IT Audit Processes: Assist in establishing IT audit protocols for user and legal entity oversight.
  • Reporting: Generate ad hoc SQL-based reports for various business units as needed.
  • Requirement Translation: Analyze business/system/data challenges and convert them into actionable requirements and solutions.
  • Development Lifecycle Practices: Adhere to established processes and document the delivery of application solutions, encompassing business analysis, design, testing, implementation, support, and decommissioning.
  • ERP Strategy Participation: Engage in ERP strategy and roadmap discussions, providing recommendations and guidance as necessary.
  • Integration Management: Oversee and support the integration of additional business applications with Dynamics AX.
  • Vendor Coordination: Plan and manage vendor maintenance for ERP server solutions and their underlying infrastructure.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with support partners and vendors to ensure seamless continuity of ERP software and hardware implementations.
  • Change Management: Execute changes following established processes, documenting all actions, facilitating architecture reviews, and ensuring stakeholder coordination.
  • Knowledge Development: Actively pursue knowledge to become an ERP subject matter expert, contributing to training programs and operational procedures.
