Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Architect to lead the support of our Oracle ERP program across the business. As a key member of our IT team, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage applications within the parameters of those requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with IT stakeholders to gather requirements and manage applications within the parameters of those requirements.
  • Work with teams to develop architecture based on project requirements to ensure standards are met.
  • Provide guidance to project managers for design and development of the ERP program to stick to agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Lead the documentation surrounding the support of the ERP program, including design details, support procedures, and implementation practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP in a senior position.
  • Oracle database experience with knowledge of modeling, tuning, and optimization, including hands-on upgrade experience (11g to 12c to 19c).
  • Working experience with Oracle EBS apps and database.
  • Strong ERP support experience with technical and functional capabilities.
