Position Overview

The ERP Solutions Manager plays a critical role in supporting and communicating the objectives and practices of the IT Division. This position is responsible for overseeing the performance of our software applications, leading the application support team, and assisting business and customer service teams in resolving issues. The manager will take ownership of application-related challenges, summarize issue tickets, and monitor application performance while providing daily guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement optimal business system solutions while promoting standardization within Supply Chain and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Accurately translate business needs into comprehensive system requirement specifications, process workflow diagrams, and oversee the design, configuration, and testing of modifications.
  • Engage actively in business transformation initiatives by comprehending the organizational vision and translating it into a viable systems roadmap and implementation strategy.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations, offering support related to SAP modules and legacy ERP systems.
  • Assist in standardizing, cleansing, mapping, translating, and migrating data from legacy ERP systems to SAP.
  • Support the enhancement and maintenance of integrations and workflow processes, including middleware solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues, providing effective system and process solutions.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing for system implementations and enhancements.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects, including planning, scoping, estimating, and delivering within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct periodic documentation updates and refresher training for super users on recent changes.
  • Implement changes and projects into the production system following established IT Change Control processes.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to gather, prioritize, and deliver on defined requirements and timelines.
  • Establish and uphold customer service delivery standards and internal service level agreements.
  • Align closely with regional and global company strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for IT systems.
  • Coordinate departmental activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO-9000 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Collaborate with division management to evaluate and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • 10 years of IT experience, including management roles with extensive responsibility for IT application support and development cycles.
  • 5+ years of experience leading IT initiatives in manufacturing environments.
  • Proficient understanding of manufacturing technologies and strategies, including end-to-end supply chain planning and technologies such as WMS, MES, PIM, PLM, and QMS.
  • Experience with full ERP implementations and database architecture.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics architecture.
  • Working knowledge of SOX compliance requirements.
