We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at One&Only Resorts. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination of various marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including handling correspondence, preparing and writing reports, and maintaining records and databases.
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to follow up on queries, deadlines, and requests, and coordinate special activations.
  • Coordinate media and influencer visits, including preparing all required collateral materials.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of photoshoots and digital and social media activities.
  • Assist in the execution of media schedules for all advertising campaigns.
  • Perform a range of administrative duties, including attending meetings, conducting site inspections, compiling contracts, and writing reports.
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external clients, working with a degree of independence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing or related field preferred.
