Lead and Manage Sales Team

Build and Maintain Customer Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, identifying new business opportunities and trends to drive growth and revenue.

Negotiate Contracts and Pricing Agreements

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring that they are fair and competitive, and align with the company's overall business objectives.

Monitor Sales Performance

Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations to the management team to optimize sales strategies and drive growth.

Ensure Compliance

Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethics in all sales activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

10+ years of experience in the FMCG industry in Angola, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.

Skills

Strong understanding of the informal market dynamics in Angola, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language

Fluency in English is essential, with Portuguese being a plus.
