Sundus is a dynamic organization in Abu Dhabi, committed to delivering exceptional results. We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team and support the executive team in their daily tasks.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating events, and handling logistics. They will also be expected to develop strong relationships with executives, clients, and team members. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree. Fluency in English is essential.

Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans efficiently.
2. Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication with executives, clients, and team members.
3. Event Coordination: Organizing events, conferences, and team activities.
4. Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
5. Travel and Expense Management Software: Experience with tools like Concur or Expensify.
6. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handling sensitive information with care.
7. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Anticipating potential issues and resolving them efficiently.
8. Interpersonal Skills: Establishing trust with executives, clients, and team members.
9. Attention to Detail: Ensuring error-free scheduling, documentation, and communication.
10. Multitasking Abilities: Managing various responsibilities simultaneously.
11. Adaptability and Flexibility: Adjusting quickly to changes in plans or priorities.
12. Leadership and Initiative: Taking the lead on projects or tasks without constant supervision.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Industry experience and working previously in Risk are highly valued.
