Executive Assistant Role

We require an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Vice President of Retail Discount. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to handle complex administrative tasks with a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the SVP in managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports to facilitate effective communication.
  • Coordinate daily communications to ensure messages are routed appropriately and the SVP is informed on key matters.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests to meet deadlines and address important issues.
  • Assist in tracking and following up on projects, initiatives, and tasks as directed by the SVP.
  • Liaise with teams, departments, and external vendors to coordinate cross-functional efforts related to retail discount strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or project coordination, preferably in retail or corporate environments.
  • Experience supporting senior executives is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, discounting strategies, or sales processes is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable working with data management and analysis tools.
