Global Business Development Manager

We are an international leader in high-tech drone shows, transforming UAVs into powerful light machines that create stunning visual experiences. Our diverse team consists of 40 professionals with expertise in engineering, art, events, and business management.
To ensure our continued success, we seek a highly performing Global Business Development Manager who will drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to sustain business growth and success.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and industry trends to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the entertainment industry using industry connections and market insights.
- Monitor and optimize client performance through a data-driven approach to ensure continuous improvement.
- Create accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations tailored to various stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire client journey from prospecting to closing deals with a focus on delivering excellence at every stage for sustained success.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the entertainment, drone shows, events, or hospitality industry.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proven experience working within the GCC, with an established client network.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
