Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development across all regions. This includes creating a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees in diverse markets. This includes staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and labor laws across different countries.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies in all operating regions. This includes maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all HR practices are aligned with company policies and procedures.

HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and employee records management across multiple locations. This includes ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data and systems.
