Role Overview
ALFAHIM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the reception area, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors and clients
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements
• Secondary School Education Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative and receptionist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools
