About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Kinetic Business Solutions. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior colleagues, including managing calendars, screening correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and schedules for senior colleagues.
  • Screen and respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Handle internal and external interactions on behalf of senior colleagues.
  • Oversee office administration duties for senior colleagues.
  • Conduct research and present findings.
  • Produce reports and presentations.
  • Support meeting activities, including agenda preparation, minute recording, room bookings, and transportation requests.

Requirements:
  • Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to Senior Management is essential.
  • Experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are required.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and self-motivation are necessary qualities.
  • High proficiency in commonly used computer software and applications is expected.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
