Administrative Services Manager

As an Administrative Services Manager at SGS, you will play a pivotal part in driving operational excellence across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include streamlining administrative processes, arranging travel, and maintaining crucial documentation.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop and execute plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative functions.
• Work closely with colleagues to create and update departmental documentation, including policies and procedures.
• Arrange complex travel itineraries for employees, incorporating flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa requirements.
• Build strong relationships with external partners, such as travel agencies and hotel chains, to negotiate favorable rates and services.
• Offer timely assistance to employees facing disruptions, delays, or emergencies while traveling.
• Produce regular reports on travel expenditures and adhere to established reporting standards.
• Support the leasing process for new office spaces, collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless transition.
• Obtain approval for purchased vehicles and coordinate their delivery and maintenance.
• Oversee the management of company-owned and rented vehicles to maximize resource utilization.
Requirements and Qualifications
• At least 4 years of experience in a corporate setting is mandatory.
• A basic college degree is necessary for this position.
