Key Responsibilities

The University Services Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Registrar's Office at AUE.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited university, with at least 5 years of experience as a Registration Manager/Admission Manager or Assistant Registrar.

This role requires strong customer service and conflict resolution skills, with clear communication with students and staff.

  • Hire, evaluate and assess the Office of Registrar team members.
  • Represent the Office of Registrar during the visit of external review teams.
  • Develop and administer the departmental budget.
