Job Description:

  • Communication: Maintain efficient communication channels by scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.
  • Mail and Package Handling: Securely handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Paperwork and Invoices: Accurately process paperwork and invoices, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

A high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant work experience, is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
