We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Moderator to join our team. As a Social Media Moderator, you will be responsible for handling customer feedback and inquiries received through our social media channels in a timely and controlled manner.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in accordance with our established guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide customers with accurate and helpful responses to their queries.
  • Deliver First Contact Resolution (FCR) as applicable.
