HR Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Talent Higher is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR department in various functions. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes, including tracking and follow-ups.
- Support managers in identifying and addressing performance issues.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
Compliance & Policy:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Training & Development:
- Assist in identifying training needs and organizing internal and external training programs.
- Track and report on training and development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
