The HR and Administration Specialist will be responsible for managing employee information, revising company protocols, and supporting the recruitment process. Success in this position requires strong organizational capabilities and familiarity with HR practices.
Your role will ensure that all HR functions operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain both physical and electronic employee records, including contracts and leave requests.
- Update internal systems with information on new hires.
- Develop and disseminate guidelines and FAQ documents regarding company policies.
- Collect payroll information such as bank details and workdays.
- Post and remove job advertisements.
- Coordinate job interviews and communicate with candidates as necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as the total number of hires by department.
- Create training and onboarding materials.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, including vacation day entitlements.
- Experience in an HR and Administration role or similar positions.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Basic understanding of labor laws.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
