Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Calls: Respond to incoming calls in a warm and friendly tone, providing accurate and helpful information to our guests.
  • Guest Requests: Enter HotSOS guest requests and monitor response times to ensure that all requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Request Handling: Ensure that all requests are handled in a timely manner and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
  • Wake-Up Calls: Ensure that all wake-up calls are correctly input into the Property Management System (PMS) and that the task is completed in a timely manner.
  • E Butler Chat: Monitor E Butler Chat and respond within 60 seconds to ensure that all guest inquiries are addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year luxury hospitality experience in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
