4. **Employee Relations**: Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case effectively.

6. **Employee Engagement**: Drive employee engagement initiatives for our employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

Requirements
1. **5+ years of HR experience**, with a focus on HR Business Partnering.
2. **Performance Management**: Experience with performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
3. **Project Management**: Demonstrated project management and change management experience, with the ability to drive programs independently.
4. **Analytical Skills**: Analytical and data management skills, with experience translating data into action planning.
5. **Interpersonal Skills**: Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
6. **Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge and experience in the technology or Internet business is preferred.
